Nickel is a widely used material for wires due to its exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion, including protection against air and water oxidation. Nickel alloys also demonstrate strong resilience against acids and alkalis. Nickel wire is commonly found in products with electrical components or those exposed to high heat, withstanding temperatures up to 1,400°Celsius (2,600°F). Additionally, the material exhibits magnetic properties at temperatures below 176°Celsius(350°F), beyond which it loses its magnetism.
